Shipping and Return Policy
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes appr. 3 days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
- Germany: 2 - 3 working days
- Europe: 6 - 8 working days
- USA: 3 - 4 working days
- Australia: 2 - 14 working days
- Japan: 4 - 8 working days
- International: 10 - 20 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
The products you buy in the for my ladies collective online store are packed in the Munich area.
How much will shipping cost me?
- Standard shipping within Germany: 4,99€, from an order value of 50€ shipping is free.
- Standard shipping within the EU: 13,99€, from an order value of 75€ shipping is free.
- Standard shipping international: 19,99€.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
For international orders, an additional customs and tax fee may apply. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please check directly with your local customs office to see if they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us as follows:
- 1. check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.
- 2. ask your local post office if the package is present.
- 3. check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them. If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at orders(at)for-my-ladies.com with your order number no later than 3 weeks after the expected delivery date. If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping is at your own expense.
How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, email us at orders(at)for-my-ladies.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email within a week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to orders(at)for-my-ladies.com. We will provide a solution as soon as possible!
What is your return policy?
We do not offer a blanket return or exchange policy, but if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at orders(at)for-my-ladies.com and we will try to find a solution..
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who have received incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact us at orders(at)for-my-ladies.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we will sort it out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color/design?
At the moment we do not offer exchanges. When ordering products from the for my ladies Munich Online Shop, please check that you have added the correct variant and size (for example, in the case of cell phone cases or mugs) to your walking basket.
While it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please notify us at orders(at)for-my-ladies.com within one week of receiving your order. Provide order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
